Hope you have enjoyed my jewelry designs. I am now making one of a kind beads and focal pieces for you to use in your own designs. These are a few examples of what I have been doing. Please keep in mind each is a one of a kind piece or set. The clay is hand mixed and each bead is completely done by hand. If you look close you may even see some finger prints. A penny is included in some pictures to give you an idea of how small each piece is. Pictures are not able to show all the minute details in these amazing beads. If you are not the type who likes to do your own I can make the jewelry for you with your special bead.

I have been asked may times if I use a magnifying glass or anything special to get these details. I don't use anything but patience and trial and error.

Here is the same mermaid viewed from the back. As you can see she is completely wrapped around the shell.

This is  Fred a adorable little sea turtle. He has a hole for easy beading. When you hold him you feel like you are holding a real baby sea turtle and that he may move off your hand at any moment.

dragonfly copy right 2008 jewelry by mariah This is my version of a dragonfly. He has lovely veined lilac purple wings, and may take flight at any moment. His tail has a loop for attaching him to your jewelry.

This butterfly has an amazing range of yellow to dark orange in its wings. The blue/purple dots are a perfect contrast.

Here are 2 lovely flowers waiting to be a unique pair of earrings.

These great bell shaped Calla lilies would make great drops in necklaces or form earrings. The way the Pink shades from light to dark allows matching to many different stones or beads in a design.
