Jewelry by Mariah chooses to send your pieces by one of the following:  UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Shipping and handling is calculated in the Pay Pal site when you order as well our local sales tax. Payments are accepted through PayPal for security, shipping occurs once Payment is verified.  It is important that you receive your unique piece of art undamaged.  All jewelry will have insurance.  Great care is taken during the packaging process; however accidental damages can occur once it leaves my studio.  Inspect each piece as they arrive at your home or office.  Call my studio immediately if any issues arise so I may help resolve any issues and arrangements can be made for returns. Each piece will be shipped with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.  All returns must be made within 14 days.
